SAN ANTONIO, TX – The Bexar County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the victim of a fatal motorcycle crash as 50-year-old Wayne Lee McBride. The tragic incident occurred on July 27, 2025, around 10:35 p.m., on Interstate 35 North near Toepperwein Road.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, McBride was traveling northbound when he lost control of his motorcycle for reasons that are still under investigation. Witnesses reported seeing the rider lose control before crashing, and McBride was pronounced dead at the scene due to blunt force injuries. The medical examiner’s office ruled the manner of death as an accident.
No other vehicles were involved in the crash, and no additional injuries were reported.
