Details of the Incident

On Saturday, March 15, 2025, at approximately 1:20 p.m., Savannah Police Department officers responded to reports of a stabbing on Middleground Road. Upon arrival, they discovered Ms. Garcia suffering from multiple stab wounds. She was transported to Memorial Health University Medical Center, where she later succumbed to her injuries.
