A Vibrant Life Cut Short
Known affectionately as “Chucho,” Jesus Valladares was a fifth-grade student at Wadewitz Elementary School. Family members described him as energetic, kind-hearted, and always eager to help. “He was full of life,” said his cousin, Dolores Villarreal. “Always playing outside, always willing to help my grandma because we recently lost our grandpa eight months ago. The Tragic Incident
According to the Racine Police Department, the preliminary investigation indicates that Chucho was accidentally shot by his 16-year-old brother inside their home.
